Don't discuss in detail the usage or ownership of guns, weapons, drugs, or drug paraphernalia. Don't include any controversial imagery in profile pictures. 4. **No adult/NSFW content** This is a 13+ community server; do not post anything inappropriate for a 13-year-old. This includes gore, animal abuse, sexually suggestive content, etc. Anything that may seem inappropriate or NSFW at first glance is included! Cartoon violence that is not excessively detailed or graphic is okay, like blood and horror. 5. **No spamming** This includes sending multiple messages in rapid succession and cluttering chat with media, participating in or creating spam chains (where multiple users consecutively post similar media or messages), reaction spamming, and mic-spamming or screaming in voice chat. 6. **Do not unnecessarily ping Vedal or the mods** Vedal and the mods have responsibilities outside of streaming and moderation. Please only ping when absolutely necessary. 7. **Be positive** No negativity, no personal drama, no trauma dumping. Keep it to DMs. 8. **Respect the mods' decisions** Don't publicly debate moderation actions. Don't argue with or belittle the mods for doing their job. If you have questions or complaints about moderation, DM a moderator or make a ticket. 9. **Stay on topic** Keep content on-topic with the channel's name or description. For example, \#general-network can be for anything but \#neurotic-neurons is for Neuro-related content. 10. **English only** Keep chat in English only. Keep chat in the JP category Japanese only. 11. **No promotion or self-promotion** Don't link to or talk about channels, Discords or websites of those who are not related to Neuro or Vedal in a promotional way. Don't directly mention or link to other Neuro community servers. 12. **No loopholes** Don't abuse any lack of clarity in our rules. If you're uncertain about something, DM a moderator or make a ticket. Don't bypass AutoMod. Don't encourage others to break the rules. 13. **No disinformation** Don't intentionally spread disinformation to start drama. 14. **Do not bring up past VTuber identities** Don't encourage others to seek it out, or give hints toward past identities. This is only fine if the VTubers themselves directly announce it. 15. **No inappropriate profiles** Don't include rule-breaking content in your profile.
